Class action flood lawsuits posted on Town website

The Town of Fairfax, along with several other public agencies, is being sued in a class action complaint for damages resulting from the 12/31/05 flood disaster. The total amount being claimed is close to $800 million. It is unknown how the Town would pay for any flood lawsuit settlement.
