Strategic Planning Workshop this Saturday Morning

This Saturday, April 22nd from 9 a.m. to Noon, we will hold the next in the series of Town Council Strategic Planning Workshops, in the Women's Club. The agenda includes the following topics of discussion:

• Discussion regarding the future of the Marin Town and Country Club Property
• Discussion of Public Safety Consolidation opportunities
• Five Year Financial Plan/Annual Budget Process and Workshops
• Strategic Planning Goal Ranking/Strategic Planning approach
